What is a virtual race?
A virtual race is a race that you can run wherever you want. You can run or walk the race distance during the day of the race (September 12, 2015.)

How does this virtual race work?
A virtual race is very simple. First, you have to register on All Runs together (www.allrunstogether.com), make a donation to OXFAM Intermón in order to help Nepal (at least 1 Euro to participate) and sync your running app (Nike+, MapMyRun, Runkeeper, Runtastic, Strava, Garmin, Polar or Endomondo). Then, you will receive an email with your bib number and you will have to print it! On September 12th from 00:00 to 23:59 you will run your 5k! Your race will be automatically uploaded to our leaderboard.

I cannot run on the day of the race, can I run a different day?
Unfortunately, for this virtual race you cannot run a different day.
Do I have to download the Runator app?
We recommend to do it, it is free and available for Android and iOS. You will see how other runners are training, compare with them and follow them.
Do I need a running app to participate in this Virtual Race?
Yes, you need a running app to be able to use the Runator app, and for this virtual race to count! Runator supports Polar, Garmin, Nike+, Strava, Endomondo, Runtastic, Runkeeper and MapMyRun. If you do not see yours on this list, please let us know and we will tell you whether or not it is possible for you to use your running app.
(How) can I create a group so we can run the race together?
You can create a Facebook event under All Runs Together @ (Your City) and send us an email to email@example.com. We will then promote your group on all of our social networks!
Can I walk this race?
Yes, as long as you finish the race!
Do I have to finish the race all at once or can I divide the run into a few parts during the day?
You must finish it all at once, or it will not count!
Can I run on a treadmill?
Yes, you can run on a treadmill for the race to count.
Can I rerun the race for better time?
You can always rerun the race! However, we will only take the first race you have completed and that one will be uploaded to our leaderboard.
What If I run more than 5K that day?
We will take the average pace of that run applied only to 5K
I registered for the race, how can I see my profile information?
You will have to download the Runator app and sync your running apps that you use to Runator. Runator is available for iOS and Android users.
How will I receive my bib?
Right after you register, you will receive an email with your bib number. Please print your bib number out!
Where can I upload a photo?
You can upload your photo to your social networks with the hashtag #irun4nepal
Do I have to enter my results?
As you have your running app synced, your results automatically get uploaded.
Where can I see my results?
You will see your results on www.allrunstogether.com the day after the race.
Do I get a medal?
Once you finish your race, you will receive an email with your electronic medal! You can print it, upload it to your Runator profile or upload it to your other social networks!
Are there any prizes?
No, the prize will be going to those who need it in Nepal!
I have already paid but I cannot run that day. Do you offer refunds? No, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund. Your money will be donated to Oxfam Intermon. Thank you for your support in helping Nepal.
Is my registration fee tax deductible?
Unfortunately it is not. All of your money will be donated to Oxfam Intermon, but we will not be able to provide individual tax receipts.
Can I make an additional donation to Oxfam Intermon?
Of course! Just select the amount you want to donate while registering. You just have to donate at least 1 Euro to participate.
I don’t have a Paypal account. Is it possible to pay with a credit card?
Yes, on our website it will give you an option to either pay with your credit card or use Paypal.
What is Oxfam Intermon?
Oxfam Intermon’s purpose is to help create lasting solutions to the injustice poverty. They want to see a world without poverty, where people are valued, treated equally, and enjoy their rights as citizens.
Why are you organizing this race?
Runator is organizing this race to help the victims of Nepal. Nepal has suffered from horrible natural disasters caused by earthquakes. Thousands of homes were ruined, many villages were flattened and many died or are wounded. We want to help the survivors.
How much should I pay?
In order to participate in this race we would like you to donate at least 1 Euro, but you can donate whatever you want.
How much of my donations go to this charity?
100% of your donations will go to this charity.
What is Runator?
Runator is an application that allows you to import your running data from multiple running apps to create a social environment. A user can combine all of their running apps together to create a unique runner profile. Runator also allows you to follow other runners and compare your workouts with them regardless of the app they use.
Is Runator an app for running?
No, Runator will sync data from your running app and use the information to create a running profile.
Does Runator track my data?
Runator does track your data and your runs. You do not have to do anything after signing up with Runator. Your runs will be there automatically and ready for you to compare with others and to see your progress!
What happens if my running app that I already use is not on the list of apps in Runator?
We want everyone to be able to use Runator. However, it is not always easy. Please request via feedback to let us know that you want to add your app. We will respond as soon as possible to you let you know if it is viable or not.
Will Runator ever post on Facebook on my behalf?
No Runator will never post anything on Facebook unless you post it yourself. Do not worry about that when using Facebook as a way to sign up.
What if I do not see my run that I did?
There could be many different reasons why your race is not showing up. Please contact us and we will work on it as soon as possible.
What if I do not want my runs to be public?
You can visit www.runator.com and change your privacy settings
Why would I use Runator if I can already see my different runs on my own app?
Runator is used to compare your progress with other people, to create a runner profile, to see how other people train and to see how you rank among others. So you should still use your current app as well as Runator’s.
